Food@Tzuni Tea

A centuries-old tradition in China, "blossoming" tea is still a relative rarity Stateside. Tzuni's tea pearls are made of jasmine, lilies and other flowers grown in China. Each pearl is hand sewn with cotton thread, which loosens when immersed in hot water, allowing the buds (eight for $10) to blossom into flowers—making Tzuni's glass teapot ($26) a necessity. tzunitea.com
